Daughter is Freshmen in Washington State.  She plays premier soccer but  has an unbelievable runners body and form so we convinced her to try Cross country. Has only run 12  5 K races in her life,  but is having a lot of success at this sport.  Would appreciate any and all insights on do's and don'ts in this sport.  She has dropped down to 19 minutes in the 5 k.   Seems like sport becomes a mental battle from here.  She has all the physical attributes.  Looking forward to opinions
